Kank-A is a mouth sore treatment that combines the maximum allowable level of anesthetic for fast, temporary pain relief with a film-forming agent for long-lasting protection. Unlike most products, which quickly wash away, Kank-A’s coating holds the anesthetic in contact with the sore and acts as a barrier against further irritation. Use this treatment for temporary relief of pain due to canker sores, minor irritation of the mouth and gums caused by dentures or orthodontic appliances, or minor injury of the mouth or gums.

To ensure the formation of a long-lasting film coating, dry the affected area and apply the medication undiluted with the applicator. Allow a few seconds for the coating to form. Use up to four times daily, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children under 12 years of age should be supervised when using this product, and children under 2 years of age should not use this medication. Do not use this product for more than seven days unless directed by a dentist or doctor.
